- Bail Bonding Agents – A bail bond agent is one of the most common methods of bailing someone out of jail in Brevard County. A bail bond agency will charge between 10-15% of the full bail fee in exchange for putting up the full amount to bail the person from jail. This fee is non-refundable.

A bond can be placed at any time of day (24-hours). Typically, inmates are released within a few hours of posting bond.
